Below are some of the most common pre-sales FAQs we get asked.

Do I need an account to use Hypadrive.ai?

Yes. To use Hypadrive.ai you need a user account associated with an active Business Account. Accounts are created on behalf of a business. Each user in a team has their own user account through which they access the teams business account. A business account is free to create - no credit card details required.

Accounts remain free UNTIL EITHER:

  1. you wish to add additional team members to the business account (or)

  2. you wish to launch a program

Both of the above actions require a paid account and you will be prompted to add payment details. The person/user who sets up the business account is considered the first user of the Business Account and assumes the role of the Primary Account Administrator.

How many programs can I create?

As many as you like. There are no limits to the number of programs you can create.

How does payment & billing work?

Hypadrive.ai is free until you either:

  1. want to add more than 1 team member/user to the business account

  2. want to launch a program

Both of the above actions require a paid account and you will be prompted to add payment details. Hypadrive.ai offers 2 types of products (recurring and once off/as required) and therefore payment types.

Hypadrive.ai is a SaaS platform - users pay a monthly fee to access and use the platform. The monthly fee is per user seat. The more seats your team have, the more value your team gets from the platform, the more services you consume and pay for.

The monthly per user seat fee is calculated based on the Hypadrive.ai Plan you are on. We offer 2 plans, the Email Outreach Plan - which offers email automation capability, and the Multi-Channel Outreach Plan - which allows more complex multi-channel automation workflow sequences. In addition to the monthly deductions for user seats, Hypadrive.ai offers optional 'as required' services to help users with a range of needs designed to help our users succeed at their outreach activities - examples of 'as required' services include consulting support and contact data list procurement/preparation for outreach programs and other such periodic ad-hoc services.

Your Business Account/the Business Account you are part of, will be billed at the time you request the service and authorise payment. Recurring products or services will be billed per the required frequency (e.g. monthly, annually) on the anniversary of the last purchase date.All billing and product/service purchase information including invoices and statements is accessable via the Business Account Settings tab when you are logged in to the application; NOTE: you must be an Account Admin or Primary Account admin user to access the Business Account Settings tab of Hypadrive.ai.

What is a program?

A program is like a campaign - we call it a program of work or "program". Each outreach effort you construct is a program = a pre-planned outreach initiative.

Is email the only communication channel I can use on Hypadrive.ai to reach out to contacts on?

At this stage, yes. This is because email is the easiest contact information to find for a person you want to connect with and email is also a proven leading channel for Return on Investment with regards to Business to Business outreach/communication.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Email is not the only communication channel we will cater for going forward. For more sophisticated outreach activity especially, we are building additional channels into our outreach sequence builder so that you can add phone call, Linkedin and other channel activities into your outreach sequences. These are part of our product roadmap and we will inform you of these features as we release them to the platform.

Is cold outreach the only use case that Hypadrive.ai caters for?

At this stage, yes. This is because cold outreach -  reaching out to contacts you have no prior relationship with - is a highly specialised communication activity. We have optimised our platform to help businesses like yours succeed at connecting with people that you have no prior relationship with.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cold outreach is not the only use case we will cater for going forward. We are building in functionality to enable teams to design and manage outreach activities relating to existing contacts / contacts you have past or current relationships with; including the use case of servicing or qualifying inbound leads. These are part of our product roadmap and we will inform you of these features as we release them to the platform.

What if I own/work for multiple businesses and I want to use Hypadrive.ai for more than 1 of them?

At this stage, we do not have an ability for you to link and manage multiple businesses through a single Hypadrive.ai account.

If you have more than 1 business which you want to use Hypadrive.ai for, you will need to create a Hypadrive.ai account for each business using the primary business domain you own for each business.

How do my emails actually get sent and how is their deliverability to contacts inboxes maximised when I use Hypadrive.ai?

This depends on the use case / the purpose of your outreach program.

When it comes to cold outreach use cases (reaching out - via email in particular - to contacts you have no prior relationship with), Hypadrive.ai is designed to optimise your ability to facilitate cold outreach whilst simultaneously protecting your primary email account (domain and IP address = sender reputation).

You should be using a dedicated domain or subdomain for your outreach activities. You can then connect the mailboxes you create under the domain, to Hypadrive.ai and use those to send emails from.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Just because our approach protects your primary account/sender reputation, doesn't mean we accept poor practices and sending behaviour by you on our platform. If we detect poor  or inappropriate sender behaviour / performance related to your Hypadrive.ai account, we will stop your ability to send via our platform; so it is important that you act appropriately and with integrity when you use our platform to grow your business and manage your outbound communication.

Do I need to find my own list of contacts to reach out to?

At this stage, yes you need to source the contact information that will be used in your outreach program and upload it for use in your program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the quality of your contact list is incredibly important - particularly when you are conducting cold outreach / reaching out to contacts who you have no prior relationship with. Focus on targeting relevant contacts, with relevant messaging and make sure the contact data you have on each contact is accurate and still valid. As an added protection for you, we run a mandatory verification check on the contact data you import into Hypadrive.ai - this is done in order to ensure contact data accuracy which leads to superior program performance and helps to alleviate many of the pitfalls associated with poor quality contact data. Any contacts you upload whose contact details do not pass the validation check will not be able to be contacted via Hypadrive.ai. They will need to be removed from your outreach program

What if I don't have a list of contacts to reach out to?

Programs require contacts with valid contact details. You will need to find a source of contacts to reach out to.
